Boundaries around personal information

AUDOLITH LLC provides this notice for audolith.com, direct part-time communications, and Audolith Work Signals. It describes information people may choose to provide, how relevant services may use it, and the boundaries that apply to mobile information and SMS consent.

01

A firm limit on mobile sharing

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or rented and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. These limits apply to Audolith Work Signals independently of other company communications.

02

Operator and point of contact

AUDOLITH LLC operates audolith.com and the Audolith Work Signals program. ADL is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by AUDOLITH LLC. Direct questions about privacy to berihu@audolith.com. Include the nature of the concern and the relevant communication, while avoiding unnecessary identity documents or sensitive content.

03

Information in the context you choose

Information you choose to provide may include your name, email address, mobile number, part-time role interests, availability, and message content. A messaging interaction may also involve consent preferences, opt-out instructions, or help requests. Do not include unrelated recordings, transcripts, credentials, or personal details about others in an ordinary inquiry.

04

Uses connected to the interaction

Where a relevant communication service is active, information may support answers to questions, review of part-time interests, organization of correspondence, and management of SMS preferences. Limited use may also be necessary for service security or legal obligations. A contact inquiry is not itself permission to send recurring marketing text messages.

05

Supporting services and lawful needs

Service providers may process information when necessary to support active SMS delivery, hosting, security, or compliance. Their role is limited to the supporting function, and SMS consent is not available for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed where applicable law or a valid legal process requires it.

06

Retention with a reason, access with care

Information should remain available only for the time needed to serve its purpose, meet applicable duties, or protect legitimate rights. Reasonable safeguards should restrict unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No system can promise complete security. Limited opt-out records may be retained to maintain suppression and honor a person's messaging choice.

07

Requests about your information

For access, correction, or deletion requests, email berihu@audolith.com with enough context to identify the relevant information. Applicable law, reasonable identity confirmation, and necessary retention obligations may affect the response. Avoid including extra sensitive material merely to identify yourself; the appropriate scope can be clarified as part of the request.

08

Ending or asking about texts

Reply STOP to opt out of Audolith Work Signals or HELP for help. Program questions can also go to berihu@audolith.com. Choosing or declining the program is separate from employment consideration. Ending optional texts does not by itself cancel an unrelated role inquiry or prevent a person from asking further questions.

09

Children and changes to this notice

The website and Audolith Work Signals are not directed to children under 13, and their personal information is not sought. A parent or guardian can raise a concern at berihu@audolith.com. This notice may change to reflect developments in services or requirements; check the effective date for the current version.
